Marriage of the Minstrels - October 11, 2008
I'm happy to announce my marriage to my beloved Rebecca - a beautiful person and wonderful flutist.
Rebecca began to play the flute when she was in 4th grade. Being raised in California, she took lessons from Barbara Lehr of the Ventura County Symphony Orchestra, and later from Bertie Atkinson, the principal flutist of both the Santa Barbara and Ventura Symphony Orchestras. Rebecca won awards for her playing while in high school, having played in the band and orchestra. Years later, she played at her church and with different bands. Some of the people she has accompanied are Robert Sterns of Eagles Wings Ministries, Chuck Gerrard, Solveig Henderson and Chris Keith. Rebecca was also the co-worship leader of the Porterville, California chapter of Aglow International. She has played at retreats, churches, weddings, and wedding receptions. She has recorded a CD titled, “Heaven’s Winds, Healing Waters”. She is also an ordained minister and a graduate of Roland and Heidi Baker’s School of Missions.
Our passion for music and collaborations continue to grow. We have completed our first CD, “On Earth As It Is In Heaven”, which was a labor of love – promoting peace and joy to all who listen. It is available for purchase at www.cdbaby.com (search for Matt and Rebecca Stuart.)

Cradle of the Moon CD Release Party - October 21, 2007
I'd like to thank everybody involved for the success of my CD Release Party in Montecito, CA on Sunday October 21, 2007. It was a beautiful day at La Casa de Maria Retreat Center.
Special thanks goes to Jane Maurer, who coordinated the event and helped premiere "Clouds Over Ireland" - a mystical Celtic song we co-wrote.
Also - much gratitude to my brother Rob of Cinematicelegance.com , who produced a video of the event...check out a selection from the video on my website.
It touched my heart to feel the love and support of the 100 invited guests - close friends and media and industry representatives.
